I have put together this tag using the Layered Stars.
The base of my tag is a piece from Nature Walk by 7 Dots Studio and some Canson watercolor paper. It's been layered with Prima Marketing's Heavy Gesso from Finnabair. I just scraped it in to the center of the tag from the outside edges.
After I worked on this top portion, the whole mood for the tag was set! I tore some vintage book paper and adhered it with Soft Matte Gel by Prima Marketing. The splatter in the back is Heidi Swapp Color Shine. The stars are layered pieces from the Layered Stars set by UmWowStudio. All layers are covered in gesso, stacked together and sprinkled with Glass Glitter and Art Glitter by Prima Marketing and Finnabair.
And finally... there's a bit o twine and some gold sequins. The Golden Bow ribbon is by May Arts, and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star is from Viva Las VegaStamps!.
