May Arts {Application}

HElllllllllO everybody!

Time to get this application in and try to get myself one of those AMAZING spots on the May Arts Ribbonista team.

The Ribbon Lady is looking for a few good (wo)men and I'd like to be considered for another term. So here are 5 projects that best showcase my abilities:

I'm staring with this hat for 3 reasons; 1) It shows I can use color and work on dimension, not just a flat surface. 2) It shows that I can raise to a challenge and help inspire for challenges. and 3) It is accompanied by this video that showcases my tutorial and video taping capabilities.

The 2nd is a HELLO Card, using ribbon as a splash of color and texture. I tend to get grungy, distressed, and a bit messy in my crafts, I just love it! The best part of this card is the May Arts ribbon that livens it up.

The 3rd is this mini album where a selection of my favorite ribbons have been used including Silk, Striped Grosgrain and Burlap Twine.

I chose to also share this tag, because it's very .. "MY" style. It's a bit vintage, a bit grungy, a bit neutral, but with a nice big splash of color. I adore tags to pieces, and sometimes Ribbon can be just the final little touch of goodness that makes them wonderful, like the curled May Arts cording on this one.

And lastly this 12x12 to demonstrate my love for scrapbooking and my desire to show ribbon used in different ways.

Whew! There's a pretty great variety up there, and I seriously adore all these projects. I adore May Arts! And it somehow finds its way into each and every one of my projects.

I would be honored to continue serving along side the other Ribbonistas. Good luck to all who apply!
